By purchasing this print, the client receives a limited commercial use license, according to the terms below.

### 1. SUBJECT

This license refers exclusively to the print design, created as an artistic interpretation inspired by existing works, with no official status or link to the original franchises.

There is no transfer of intellectual property, official licensing, or assignment of rights regarding characters or trademarks.

### 2. PERMISSIONS

The client is permitted to:

• Use the print on physical products, such as t-shirts
• Sell up to 300 (three hundred) units per print
• Sell exclusively within national territory
• Sell in a physical store, e-commerce, or personal social media accounts

### 3. LIMITATIONS

It is not permitted to:

• Perform large-scale or industrial production
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer the print to third parties
• Share or redistribute the files
• Use outside the conditions established in this agreement

### 4. FILE AVAILABILITY PERIOD

The digital files will be available for download for 30 (thirty) days after payment.
It is the client's responsibility to download and store them within this period.

### 5. CREDITS

Whenever possible, mentioning the print creator is recommended:

The absence of credit on physical products does not constitute an infringement, provided there is no false authorship or appropriation of the design.

### 6. NON-COMPLIANCE

Use of the print outside the terms defined herein may result in:

• Immediate cancellation of the license

The purchase of the print implies automatic acceptance of these terms, regardless of a physical signature, serving as an agreement between the parties.
