Digital Payment and Shipping Policy

Payment methods

SergioMeloArt accepts Pix and credit cards through: Mercado Pago, Appmax, Aymp, and PayPal. All payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card data.

Payment confirmation and shipping

After payment confirmation by the provider, the digital file is sent to the email address registered during purchase. In cases of automatic approval, shipping may occur immediately; for manual verification, shipping will be done within 24 business hours.

Invoices and tax data

When necessary, we will issue an electronic invoice (NFe) based on the provided CPF. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the data correctly at the time of purchase.
