By accessing FORJA (channel, website, list, or any linked environment), you agree to the terms below.

1. ABOUT FORJA

FORJA is a closed environment dedicated to the promotion of anime-inspired prints, developed for t-shirt brands interested in limited releases.

2. NATURE OF THE ARTWORK

The artwork promoted:

• Are independent artistic interpretations
• Are not official
• Have no affiliation with the original franchises
• Do not represent character or brand licensing

What is being negotiated is exclusively the print design, as agreed upon.

3. ACCESS AND PARTICIPATION

Access to FORJA:

• May be limited or revoked at any time
• Does not guarantee the right to purchase
• Does not guarantee automatic priority in future drops

Participation implies respect for the process, deadlines, and rules of each drop.

4. DROPS AND EXCLUSIVITY

Each drop has:

• A defined deadline
• A limited quantity
• Specific conditions for the use of the print

After the drop closes:

• The print will not be re-offered
• There will be no renegotiation

5. USE OF PRINTS

It is prohibited to:

• Resell the print to third parties
• Offer the artwork outside of the agreement
• Use the print outside of the agreed purpose

Usage is restricted to what is defined between the parties.

6. NON-COMPLIANCE

Non-compliance with these terms may result in:

• Cancellation of access to FORJA
• Loss of priority in future drops
• Cancellation of ongoing negotiations

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

FORJA reserves the right to:

• Change these terms at any time
• End drops without prior notice
• Select who it wishes to negotiate with
