Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code, the customer may cancel the purchase within 7 calendar days from the receipt of the product (sending of the file). To request a cancellation and refund, please contact us via email at sergiomeloartdesigner@gmail.com, providing your order number and the reason.

Refund cases

• A full refund will be analyzed and approved in the event of a delivery failure or a proven technical issue on the part of the store or platform.
• If the file has already been sent and/or the product has been used, the refund may be denied, except in exceptional situations provided for by law.

Procedure

After analysis, the refund, when approved, will be processed via the same payment method used, in accordance with the payment provider's policies. The timeframe for the refund will depend on the provider and will be communicated during support.

Technical support

Download issues or corrupted files can be resolved by resending the file or providing an alternative link within 7 days of purchase.
