📄 Simplified Print Usage Agreement

By purchasing this print, the customer receives a limited commercial use license, according to the terms below.

### 1. SUBJECT

This license refers exclusively to the print design, created as an artistic interpretation inspired by existing works, with no official status or connection to the original franchises.

There is no transfer of intellectual property, official licensing, or assignment of rights regarding characters or registered trademarks.

### 2. PERMISSIONS

The customer is permitted to:

• Use the print on physical products, such as t-shirts
• Sell up to 300 (three hundred) units per print
• Sell exclusively within domestic territory
• Sell in physical stores, e-commerce, or their own social media

### 3. LIMITATIONS

It is not permitted to:

• Produce on a large scale or industrial level
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer the print to third parties
• Share or redistribute the files
• Use outside the conditions established in this agreement

### 4. FILE AVAILABILITY PERIOD

The digital files will be available for download for 30 (thirty) days after payment.
It is the customer's responsibility to download and store them within this period.

### 5. CREDITS

Whenever possible, it is recommended to credit the print creator:

The absence of credit on physical products does not constitute an infringement, provided there is no false authorship or appropriation of the design.

### 6. NON-COMPLIANCE

Use of the print outside the terms defined herein may result in:

• Immediate cancellation of the license
• Prevention of future business dealings

### 7. ACCEPTANCE

Purchasing the print implies automatic acceptance of these terms, regardless of a physical signature, serving as an agreement between the parties.
